Legal persons as subjects of public law

The articles presents an attempt to form an author concept of a legal person as a subject of public law. In the conditions of rebirth of the idea of separation the law into public and private in the Russian legal doctrine the present legal institution known since the time of Roman law has became very popular in the papers about the institution of legal person.
