The purpose of law is regulation of social relationships based on formal definite rules of conduct which is in its turn a foundation of resistance to arbitrariness of a random strong leader (anarchy) or official authorities (tyranny). Commonly referred to as technology juridical science analyzes law regulations and according to its object is aimed to detect order regularities to prevent arbitrariness in social relationships and create methods and instruments for achieving the order. In natural science gaining knowledge about natural (objective) phenomena and usage of this knowledge for achieving any results are definitely separate kinds of activity. Detection of current law regulation efficiency (knowledge about the positive law or subjective product and its realization, especially in subjective actions) and creation means of law regulation instead of ineffective ones are practically the same processes. Law as an instrument for achieving the regulation of social relationships is the technology of society. Hence, juridical science which analyzes the latter is the technology of normative regulation and legal norm realization.
