Legal entity of public law as a subject of state property management

In the article the concept of a legal entity of public law is disclosed. The authors consider the issue of the possibility of managing the specified subject of law by state property. It is concluded that the current state of legal regulation of public entities in Russia is characterized by the fact that there is no single approach to solving related issues, regulatory legal acts in this area that determine the legal status of these organizations as participants in public relations have a fairly low level of substantive elaboration and legal technique.
