Legal and technical structures of the corpus delicti provided by articles 264, 2641 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The authors investigate issues related to the social conditioning of the criminalization under Articles 264, 2641 of the Criminal Code2; conduct a retrospective analysis of the criminal law standards contained in Articles 264, 2641 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation; discuss the legislation of the CIS countries related to criminal violations of traffic rules and maintenance of vehicles. The authors highlight the issues of the application of defined components of crimes, propose specific ways to resolve lacunae in the criminal law regulation of this sphere of public relations.
