Juridization of the principle of unity of management in the sphere of the public service: in the context of regulations of the Russian legislation of the XIX century

The article presents a general description of the conditions for implementing the principle of unity of command in the Russian Empire of the 19th century, the legal foundations of which contained the limits of competence of both the boss and the subordinate. Revealing the features of the legal regulation of the relationship between the boss and the subordinate, the authors focus on the importance of taking into account the historical experience of the legal regulation of the considered subject area.
