To aposterior modeling of the spectrum of an elliptical operator of a normal-hyperbolic system

The basic provisions underlying the algorithmic procedures for implementing Kalman-Mesarovich with equations of state in the class of linear stationary ordinary differential equations for modeling distributed controlled dynamic systems are determined. In this context, key approaches to solving problems of identifying the discrete spectrum of the elliptic operator of a modeled dissipative system of normal-hyperbolic type are interpreted.
