To the aspect of providing transport security

The article deals with organizational and interdepartmental measures used to ensure transport security in rail and air transport. Including the mechanism of development, adoption and implementation of legal regulation, management decisions, interim measures. The applied list of technical means of ensuring transport safety is given. Nevertheless, there are shortcomings in the implementation of both the measures taken and in the acts of regulatory regulation.
