On one more reform of the office of the public prosecutor

Objective and subjective reasons, affecting efficacy of the Office of the Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation activity are examined in the article by O.A. Kozhevnikov. The draft on creation of the Authorised Prosecutors Body in the prosecutor system who are expected to be engaged in the judicial scrutiny of the information on the crimes and procedures of the preliminary investigation of the deeds, which contain signs of the crimes committed by the deprived of the post Russian Federation highest officials while in discharge of duty.
