To a criticism of the theory of "natural capital"

The theory of "natural capital" is widely mentioned at a literature devoted to environmental problems during the last years. It is peculiar especially to researches at the field of economical value of nature and an efficiency of invest-ments to a nature's preservation. At the same time there is no scientifically founded basement of theoretical positions of the conception of "natural capital" from both economical and ecological points of view. The arguments against wide involvement of the term "natural capital" into a scientific use are presented in the article.
