Cases of inflammatory tissue reactions that may occur after acupuncture indicate not only the need to comply with acupuncture techniques, but also the expediency of studying the condition of the surface of acupuncture needles. The aim of the study is to establish the features of the microscopic structure of the surface of single-use acupuncture sterile needles and their likely effect on the further reactivity of soft-tissue structures in the acupuncture zone. After removing single-use sterile acupuncture needles from the packaging, a study was conducted using a Hitachi TM - 1000 scanning electron microscope on the tip of their tip. As a result, some acupuncture needles revealed pores that were not filled with metal, reaching a size of up to 20x20 um, and in some acupuncture needles, in addition, a microblogging of the tip of their tip was found.
