To some of the issues of personnel training for the national guard of Russia: theory and history

The article expresses the issues which are relevant for the Russian Federation - it is the establishment of the National Guard and, accordingly, it is the creation of the issue of special personnel training for a new Federal Executive Authority which is oriented to struggle against terrorism and organized criminality. The article authors are believed that the successful establishment of the National Guard will require not only continuation of accumulated experience of law enforcement officials training. Search is necessary for new directions, forms and methods of personnel training, that makes such scientific direction by very relevant in psychological-pedagogical investigations as the formation of competence approach in organization of professional training officers of the National Guard. The contributors are considered that it is necessary to use not only the experience of personnel training in the system of the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation but also to use the experience of the State Troop of the USA.
