In the article, there have been examined the role of risk factor in premorbid for pathogenesis and prognosis of chronic alcoholism. 61 alcoholics from 26 to 70 are examined with clinicostatistical method. Cofactors of risk, that could turn into clinicopathogenetic processes of alcoholism were found in premorbid of examined patients. There were revealed 117 risk factors in the main group of patients (sixty five), that 1,8 for each patient, and in checking (twenty) - 0,43. This comparative data indicates that specific weight of risk factors in the main group is four times larger than in checking (P>0,002). Clinicostatistical analysis shows that clinical presentations of alcoholism in patients with a complicated premorbid begin 3-5 years earlier than in patients without a complicated premorbid. It should be noted that according to our data, falling ill with alcoholism in the presence of risk factors in premorbid moved forward young and mean ages as compared with average rates of many authors. Established law to the effect that ages from 31 to 50, is considered as the most risky period of development of alcoholism and has clinicoprognostic significance to the patients with a complicated premorbid.
