On the definition of the concept of «criminal law mentality»

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical problems of defining the concept of "mentality" from the point of view of criminal law. A study of its legal nature has been conducted both from the point of view of general theoretical sciences and jurisprudence, its influence and relationship with objective law have been established, the most significant signs have been identified, and factors that have a direct impact on the formation and development of the category of "criminal law mentality" have been identified. Based on the selected features, the author's definition of "criminal law mentality" was formed.
