It is solved a problem of established regime of bulk materials outflow from the bunkers with a determination of distribution of dynamic vault forming and destruction moments in any time. It is established that dynamic vault forming moments at established regime of bulk materials outflow are distributed according to Puasson’s law and intervals among them are distributed according to exponential law. The basic characteristics of distributive law, describing established regime of bulk materials outflow, are dynamic vault forming and destruction frequency.
