On some problems of ensuring security of the Russian Federation

The article investigates the most important aspects of ensuring security of the Russian Federation: status, problems, contradictions, tendencies. Factors that had a negative influence on the development of the legislation in the sphere of security are viewed and a general concept of security is formulated.
