The author analysis legal nature and types of legal relationship, he criticizes category of "absolute legal relationship". The author offers characteristics of the legal relations and a new classification of civil legal relations (jural and actual relations). The author reveals practical importance of the theoretical conclusions, for example, he solves problems of the prescription of claims and acquisitive prescriptions which arise during realization of the vindicational legal relation.
