In the article the modeling parameters of social discourse are analysed in terms of its generation in the zone of semiotic regulation of social interaction in coordinates of social space, social dramaturgy. The issue concerning the determinants of axiological dimension of social discourse arises. These are the maxim of general agreement/consensus and the nature of actant-mediator engagement in the verbal message formulation to the public addressee.
