To the problem of the activities of trade-union organizations in the modern society within the framework of labor relations

The article considers the issue of the recent problem, when the activity of trade union organizations has significantly decreased and the assistance rendered by them has ceased to be an effective means of protecting workers. And the workers themselves, in view of the latter, began to turn to such organizations less and less, and now the question arose where to turn in case of violation of workers' rights. In view of this illiteracy of workers, there is a real danger of the liquidation of trade union organizations, which threatens the disappearance of the institution for the protection of workers' rights, since the trade union organization is one of the instances in helping able-bodied people.
