To a problem of diagnostic of mental disorders in orphan children of early age. Report 2

The clinical analysis of 130 children living in specialized orphanage for children with mental and neurological disorders (Transbaikalian Krai, Chita) was carried out during the complete survey. Most children presented with disturbances of child-parent attachment, and also deviation of emotions and behavior of the neurotic register (syndrome of a neuropathy). Obtained results convincingly testify to need of carrying out clinical screening-survey of early age orphans directed not only at diagnostic of mental retardation, but also deviations of emotions and behavior. Timely carrying out such screening will promote formation of the harmonious identity of the child and will allow improving essentially social and psychological adaptation in the future
