The problem of formation of motor skills of adolescents in institutions of supplementary education of children

The article addresses the necessity to develop motor skills of adolescents in institutions of additional education of children in the sphere of physical education and sports, highlights the potential of these institutions for implementing this process, justifies and proposes different conditions of training adolescents’ motor skills in the chosen kind of sport consisting of interrelated and mutually reinforcing components - purposeful, methodological, conceptual, organizational-procedural and criteria-diagnostic components. Changes in the health status of people are caused by the fragility of the world, drastically changed parameters of the environment, inadequate quantity and quality of food and water, infections, low culture of health care and unhealthy way of life. We have to admit that the above mentioned categories of changes primarily relate to the young generation. It is well known that young generation is the main human and labor resource and potential of any country, the quality of which influences the future of the individual and humanity as a whole. In this regard, Russia is not an exception.
