To the problem of forming a conscious need for students in motor activity at the university

Бесплатный доступ

An experimental model has been developed for the formation of students' conscious needs for motor activity, consisting of adaptive-diagnostic, educational-reflexive and practical-correctional components. The main purpose of the study is based on the model and design activities of students. Based on indicators of the level of physical fitness and the level of physical health, students build their own model of physical development. At the same time, the morpho-functional capabilities of the student are taken into account. This model is relevant only for the time being. The student adequately receives information and, based on the target setting, designs his model for the academic semester. Tests have been developed to solve motor problems, learning situations that will be put in the content of problem lectures. A route map of student work and leisure has been developed. Its contents included: preparation for subjects, self-control, sleep, motor activity based on interests, participation in university events, including sports, and other activities.
