On the problem of the formation of universal competencies of future economists

The economy is currently developing rapidly, for this reason there is an urgent need for qualified specialists. This factor demonstrates the need to develop the competencies of future specialists. The purpose of this study is to identify, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test pedagogical technologies that contribute to the effectiveness of the formation of intercultural and communication skills of a future specialist, as well as to substantiate the role of socio-psychological qualities in the effectiveness of the process of communicative interaction.
