Concerning a problem of humanity technologies use as a way of training trade union managers

The article interprets the concepts of “humanity technology” and “professional competence of a trade union manager”. The author substantiates the key role of humanity technologies in training the trade union managers to perform social roles and functions in the modern society, in professional and personal development, and to achieve professional competence.
