Concerning the sources of the Russian philosophical hermeneutics

The article deals with the current problems of the historical and philosophical studies of hermeneutical strategies in the Russian philosophical and literary journalism of the XIX century. The author justifies the appropriateness of assessment of the literary tradition of "organic criticism" and Nikolai Strakhov’s philosophical journalism of that era as a distinctive Russian form of hermeneutic thinking.
