To the problem of unauthorized playback and copying of images of museum objects

The article deals with the problem of reproducing and copying images of cultural values stored in museums. The main legal acts regulating the use and reproduction of museum objects (including for commercial purposes) are presented and analyzed. The work reflects the legal status of the Museum Fund of the Russian Federation and the peculiarities of the legal status of museum objects.
