In article problems of definition of concept - the route vehicle - are analyzed. The most disputable aspects of definition of the concept reveal. The norms regulating the public relations which arise in the course of the movement of these vehicles are analyzed. The author investigates traffic regulations, some other laws and bylaws regulating this sphere.
