Raise issues results of investigation of criminal cases related to suicidal actions of minors using social media. It is noted that among legal scholars there is no consensus in relation to this negative social phenomenon, provides a different perspective on this issue. Indicates that if the earlier child suicide was associated, mostly, with participation in various kinds of banned religious organizations (sects), due to reasons of a personal nature, for example, bullying at school, fear, unrequited love, the death of a beloved animal or human conflicts in the family, in recent times, teenagers are increasingly becoming victims of criminals that use Internet technologies. The primary cause that plays a decisive role in the minors committing suicide, using social networks is the impact on juveniles with clearly defined emotional tactics. The conclusion is that there is a first objective the need to strengthen criminal liability for declination of minors to suicide with the use of social networks; second: the investigation of criminal cases related to suicidal teenagers' actions or their involvement in the Commission of antisocial acts necessitate the knowledge of the psychological characteristics as individuals who commit crimes of this orientation, and victims of crimes.
