Concerning the problem of deviation as a social phenomenon

The article deals with a problem of deviant behaviour as a sociocultural phenomenon. The deviation is analyzed in the context of a particular historical epoch. The search for a borderland between the deviation and a norm always remains unaccomplished. Considering the social cataclysms of the recent times, for example, the change of norms may occur over and over again during lifetime of one generation, and sometimes the specific norms are replaced by exactly antipodal ones.
