Towards the problem of repatriation of Georgian refugees (view from Abkhazia)

In the article, dedicated to the problem of repatriation of the Georgian refugees to the territory of Abkhazia, the author analyzes some historical, legal and political aspects of this problem. Summarizing the data and the official position of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia on the problem of Georgian refugees, who left the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia after the Georgian-and-Abkhazian conflict in 1992-1993, the author suggests creating the new mechanisms and formats for the repatriation of Georgian refugees to the independent state - the Republic of Abkhazia.
