The problem of various activities interaction in the process of personal development of the members within a theatre group

The problem of different activities interaction of the members within a theatre group is considered in this article (social activity, creativity, intellectual activity, creative activity). As the result the leading kind of activity has participating in this process was identified (creative activity). The positive result, as the author believes, depends on the choice of the leading activity (communication), the leading kind of connection (concentration on the other person) and the leading kind of the back connection (completed artistic image).
