To the question of analysis of technical means of preparation of root crops for feeding

Improving the efficiency of the agro-industrial complex is an important national economic task. Significant assistance in solving this problem is carried out through the use of research results in the field of agricultural science. Including root crops in the diet of farm animals allows to significantly increase their productivity, and high-quality preparation of feed for eating increases the return of each feed unit. Crushing root crops is one of the effective ways to prepare feed for feeding. The review and analysis of modern designs of root crop crushers made it possible to establish their operating principle. Positive and, most importantly, negative aspects of the considered technical devices were also identified. The task of creating a new device for preparing fruits for feeding farm animals devoid of these shortcomings at the patentability level was determined.
