To the question of value-semantic matrix of the Russian cultural-historical system: fairness

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the national cultural and historical system. The article deals with the problems of the value bases of the Russian cultural and historical system; examines the peculiar historical way in which this particular cultural and historical system was formed; compares the Russian cultural and historical system and the Western European cultural and historical system, their value bases and features. First of all, such a key value concept of the Russian cultural and historical system as “fairness” is revealed. The article also discusses the approaches of various philosophers to culture as, first of all, a system of values and meanings; reveals the author’s own interpretation of the concept of “values”, “higher values”. The author also reveals the relevance of the problem of matching the existing cultural and social realities in modern society to the basic values and meanings of the national cultural and historical system.
