The article discusses the issues of international trade, economic and investment cooperation between Russia, Mongolia and China within the framework of the program of "Russia-Mongolia-China" economic corridor. Particular attention is paid to the historical aspect of creating this corridor. We have singled out the main trends of Silk Road Economic Belt development. The directions in construction of transport infrastructure are presented within the framework of the compiled road map of the economic corridor. International cooperation in this area will make it possible to form a single Eurasian transport space, where creation of the transport and logistics company is considered as a main investment project. It is concluded that participation of Russian regions in this program gives broad prospects for formation of local transport and industrial zones. The main element of such zones is an integrated infrastructure macrosystem that combines transport, energy production, telecommunications, water, oil and gas transportation, herewith it ensures the formation of a new technological and social way of life.
