Towards the formation of social and political vocabulary of Buryats and Mongols from ancient times up to the period of the Mongolian empire

The article consider socio-political development of the Mongolic peoples through the prism of formation of social and political vocabulary. From ancient times, the Mongolic peoples began to work out their own distinctive social and political vocabulary, which was rapidly developed during the period of the Mongol State. The vocabulary of the Mongolic peoples completely reflects all aspects of their socio-political development. It contains the terms for all aspects of social life, political and legal system, administrative and military structure. We single out the stages of the Mongol State development and note that each stage is characterized by its own social and political vocabulary. The article also highlights the borrowings from Chinese and stressed the enormous influence of China on the process of Mongolia’s social and political development. Finally, we have come to the conclusion that formation of social and political vocabulary of the Mongolic peoples contributed to the development of Mongolian culture and nomadic civilization in general.
