The article analyzes strategic component of enterprise resource potential, basis of which is formed by intellectual assets in terms of innovative model of economics development; basic reasons for low innovative activity of the Russian business structures are considered; the objective conditions for development and implementation of innovative strategy of an enterprise, which is oriented to the market competitive position in terms of unstable environment, are analyzed.
