Information support for the consumer of traveling by motor transport is an important factor of development of national economy. The quality of travel services is formed in the form of the level of their performance, which depends on their compliance with modern requirements. The modern development of information support for autotourism requires its improvement. The author in the article proposed to introduce complete information support throughout the entire cycle of route formation: from familiarization consumer's appeal to the portal to the printing of the information sheet. At the same time, not only the safety of the route is taken into account, but also the assessment of perception from visiting service and tourism facilities. At the same time, the author introduces not only a point assessment of the consumer's impressions of travel when visiting service and tourism facilities when passing the route, but also finds the optimal route with all the data about it. It provides for a significant improvement in the travel experience due to the flexible ability to modify the route using an objective assessment by the consumer himself. The basis for making such decisions is the method of determining the characteristics of the optimal route using the proposed mathematical and methodological support of the portal. Knowledge of traffic congestion and estimates of objects and enterprises of the service by travelers (according to the number of their likely users) will allow you to quickly adjust the travel route. The proposed assessment of the quality of services along the route also makes it possible to reasonably design it. The creation of tourist information databases on the tourist and service resources of the country with the presentation in them of the impressions of visiting tourist sites by consumers will allow them to obtain a generalized objective assessment. The development of autotourism or travel should take place on the basis of compliance with the principles of sustainable tourism. The introduction of innovative solutions for family car tourism or travel will make it more competitive in the travel market. Openness and accessibility of information about the quality of work of campsites, motels, catering, recreational activities etc., it will make it more attractive to travel by motor transport for both domestic and foreign travel consumers.
