On the issue of historical and navigational experiments on the kochas of the MAСE and the Polar Odyssey club

The article is devoted to the issues of organizing and conducting historical and navigational experiments aimed at studying traditional Pomor shipbuilding and navigation. The experiments of the Russian maritime club «Polar Odyssey» and the Marine Arctic Complex Expedition (MACE) are considered. Particular attention is paid to the first domestic replica of the Pomor koch – the vessel «Pomor», built in 1987 by the club «Polar Odyssey».
