On the issue of studying juvenile delinquency in domestic criminology at various historical stages

This study using the example of the scientific works of some Russian criminologists, identifies and analyzes trends in the study of juvenile delinquency at the following historical stages: pre-revolutionary, Soviet, post-Soviet, modern, with the aim of developing some preventive measures, taking into account the historical aspect, the phenomenon being studied. The historically preserved patterns of some factors that influence the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency as a socially negative process are also considered and some areas of preventive measures are proposed based on the historical aspect.
