To the problem of effective land use

This article discusses the important issues of land use in Russia, including the legal regime of land, the types of property rights, conditions and procedure for acquisition of land rights on favorable terms when purchasing real estate, initially in the process of privatization of government (municipal) enterprises, and subsequently in the secondary market. Referred to as reasons for the reduction of agricultural land, the transfer of productive land in a different category. Also discussed methodological assessment of land and rights to rent, showing the importance of compliance with the «exclusive lease rights» in determining its value.
