On the issue of the personnel demand for lawyers in the conditions of assimilation of artificial intelligence

Within the framework of this research work, the authors considered some issues of staffing lawyers in the labor market, analyzed some practical and legal aspects of the integration of artificial intelligence within the framework of the modern domestic personnel paradigm. The authors believe that the relevance of the subject of scientific research is largely predetermined by the current socio-legal situation, in which digital technologies, in particular artificial intelligence and neural networks, have become widespread and have the potential for development. In their work, the authors analyze the staffing of lawyers in the labor market, explore some practical and legal aspects of the integration of artificial intelligence within the framework of the modern domestic personnel paradigm, compare the theoretical and practical sides of this issue.
