To the question of methodology of technology of implementation of institutional changes in agriculture

This article discusses the issues of the methodology of the technology for the implementation of institutional reforms in agriculture. The system of economic efficiency of the activities of institutions in agriculture has been studied, based on a number of methods, and the author's own methodology for the implementation of institutional reforms in agriculture, taking into account development prospects, has been proposed.
