On the issue of some theoretical and legal aspects implementation of state control in the Russian Federation

As part of the research conducted, the theoretical and legal aspects of state control, some issues of the implementation of state control in the Russian Federation were considered. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need to improve the institution of state control, as one of the fundamental elements of the mechanism of the modern state, as well as the significant influence of this institution on the effectiveness of ensuring the rights of both citizens and legal entities. Within the framework of this research work, the authors analyze the theoretical and legal aspects of state control, identify some issues of the implementation of state control in the Russian Federation, make a comparison between the theoretical and practical sides of this issue.
