To the question of bankruptcy of the enterprise

The article considers the legal and economic aspects of bankruptcy of enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was noted that most often the legal approach prevails in the understanding of bankruptcy, according to which bankruptcy is a legal confirmation of the insolvency of the enterprise, which is the basis for the liquidation of the business entity. The article focuses on highlighting the economic aspect of this phenomenon and describes a methodological approach to diagnosing the financial and economic situation of the enterprise to detect signs of impending bankruptcy. For these purposes, it is proposed to use a system of absolute and relative indicators.
