On the issue of digitalization of Russian universities - the legal aspect

The spread of digital technologies leads to qualitative changes in all significant areas, including science and higher education. The author analyzes the Strategy of digital transformation of science and higher education, approved by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. As the analysis of the digital transformation (digitalization) strategy in the field of education shows, educational organizations use a number of digital tools in their activities - digital educational services, high-tech educational solutions, case technologies, remote and Internet-oriented technologies, adaptive learning system technologies, personalized training technologies and others.
