On the Issue of Contractual Legal Structures in Budget Law

The article analyzes budgetary and legal norms on various contractual structures, provides groups of various contracts and agreements used in budgetary and legal relations, highlights the characteristic features that distinguish them ordinary civil law contracts. Based on the information received and doctrinal sources, it is concluded that they are similar to administrative contracts, as well as the existence of a separate institution in the system of the budget law sub-branch – the Institute of budget and legal contracts.
