Some issues of evidential significance of forensic scientist's conclusion

The article deals with the fundamentals scientific approach of expert's opinion classification. It is gave special attention to forensic scientist’s probable conclusion. It is analyzed scientific and practical approaches of evidential significance conclusions of expert's opinion. It is proposed the own position about this problem.
