To the question of dualistic and monistic systems: in the context of international law

The article presents an analysis of theoretical concepts of the theories of dualism and monism, addressed to the area of the relationship between international and national law. Revealing the features of each of the two theories, the author focuses on the relevance of their rethinking, which corresponds to the dynamics and direction of the relationship between the areas of globalization of the modern world order and the strengthening of state and national sovereignty of each individual state.
