The article examines possible impulses and factors for the realization of the growth of the domestic economy within the framework of the interaction between government, business and society. Considering the specifics of the branches of the national economy, each can be distinguished by its own factors. It was important to display the key ones for most industries. Special attention is paid to the processes of interaction between government, business and society in the context of the formation of digital Russia, the introduction of new technologies in the field of economics. Important factors include "trust" (not as an ethical category, but as a postulate of economics) and personnel reserves.
