The educational form of criminal law influence manifests itself in the formation of certain ideas in the consciousness and behavior of citizens that ensure compliance, enforcement and use of criminal law norms and is associated with the prevention of crimes. The social form of criminal-legal impact allows us to consider the social environment of the functioning of criminal-legal means, to identify the relationship and dependence of criminal-legal norms and the practice of their implementation with social factors.
