On the question of the form of trust relations in the field of entrepreneurship

This article analyzes the legal forms that acquire trusting relationships between business entities. The author focuses on the types of trusts that have developed in foreign practice, and have found their place within the framework of Russian entrepreneurial activity. The article concludes that it is necessary to continue the development of the system of property relations and the need to continue the process of formation of various institutions in this area.
